Before opening Anchorage, Dr Shams spent a decade at Whitfords Dental Centre. These days he’s drawn to the bigger restorative and cosmetic work: veneers, restoring dental implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation, where several teeth are rebuilt as one plan.
In 2023 he completed a postgraduate diploma in advanced aesthetic and restorative dentistry in the UK. He’s certified in dental veneer procedures, and he has a particular interest in approaches that keep more of your natural tooth.
When he’s not at work, Dr Shams likes to travel, eat out and spend time with his family.
